Make a pot of Campbell's tomato soup and drop little chunks of the cream cheese in while it's cookin'! Don't forget salt an' pepper!
Oh yeah!
This pretty lil' bowl of soup goes GREAT with a grilled cheese sammich!
Maybe not as fancy as some of the other suggestions , but very easy! Not to mention YUMMY!

Make a cheese ball. Mix cream cheese, onion and corn beef (I use Budding pre-packaged). Shape into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and then serve with Ritz crackers.

Do you have any lunch meat? My mom used to make ham rolls with them. Any lunch meat would work though. I have seen people put sliced green olives or black olives in the rolls. Someone once used dill pickles with salami too. Very versatile - simply spread the cream cheese on the meat, roll up and cut into bite sized pieces.
Or you can make a dip for crackers with it. Clam dip, artichoke dip, garlic onion dip, really any kind of dip you want, cream cheese works wonderful.

You can ad some garlic and herbs, salt and pepper and eat it on some crackers. Or stuff some endive and eat it that way.
