Try a modified Beef Stroganoff.
Brown and drain the hamburger
Add sliced canned mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste
Add sour cream to skillet and stir.
Serve over noodles (typically flat noodles)
Consider spices like tarragon, nutmeg, and garlic.

Also, hamburger casserole is easy, stick-to-your-ribs and tastey:

Brown hamburger, drain off excess fat.
Combine with a can of mushroom soup in casserole dish.
Add a package of frozen mixed vegetables. Mix.
Bake at 350 for 30 -40 minutes.
For last 10 minutes, top with crumbled Fritos and shredded cheddar cheese for a crust. Continue heating until melted.

Mmmm! Yummy-good and always a crowd pleaser.

Brown the hamburger meat in a frying pan, then drain all the grease off. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the pan, and it will coat the meat. Let it brown just a bit, then slowly pour in a cup of water while stirring. Add a couple of beef bullion cubes for flavor, then peel a couple of potatoes and cube or dice them and let them cook for a few minutes. Taste to see what you need to add (salt & pepper) and serve with a veggie. Quick and easy!

Cheesie Mini Hamburgers

Fry up your hamburger and crumble it, drain fat, then cube up some velveeta cheese. combine the hamburger and cubed cheese in a crockpot (low setting), stir every once in a while until cheese is melted.

Take some small rolls (dinner rolls) cut in half and there you have some mini cheeseburgers! Top it w/ whatever you like.

this is such a good dish.

Bangers and Mash

INGREDIENTS
8 large baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 teaspoons butter, divided
1/2 cup milk, or as needed
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds beef sausage
1/2 cup diced onion
1 (.75 ounce) package dry brown gravy mix
1 cup water, or as needed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place potatoes in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, and mash with 1 teaspoon of butter, and enough milk to reach your desired creaminess. Continue mashing, or beat with an electric mixer, until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until heated through. Remove from pan, and set aside. Add remaining teaspoon of butter to the skillet, and fry the onions over medium heat until tender. Mix gravy mix and water as directed on the package, and add to the skillet with the onions. Simmer, stirring constantly, to form a thick gravy.
Pour half of the gravy into a square casserole dish so that is coats the bottom. Place sausages in a layer over the gravy (you can butterfly the sausages if you wish). Pour remaining gravy over them, then top with mashed potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until potatoes are evenly brown.
