Chocolate!
Imitation Girl Scout Cookies
Melt candy-making chocolate (for best results use high-quality dark chocolate from a candy-making or cake-decorating store) add some oil of peppermint and dip Ritz crackers into the chocolate. Put in freezer until firm and enjoy!

If you have never had this--try it! It's delish!!
Cream cheese ,a quarter round piece of Hickory Farms Sausage and a small bread and butter pickle!
It is festive, addictive, and mostly--yummy...
note: just don't make it too far ahead as sometimes the pickle juice can make it to the cracker and dampen it.
Also, cream cheese, baby shrimp and a dab of cocktail sauce

Put a few drops of peppermint extract into melted milk chocolate almond bark and then dip the ritz into it and let firm up on wax paper. Sooo goood! Or peanut butter in between two ritz crackers and then dipped into milk chocolate and firmed up. Unbelievable!
