I left the fudge in the car for about 3 hours.

I'm sorry. I can't concentrate on fudge at the moment. I'm trying to fantasize what 85 degree weather would be like. Right now, it's 2:50 in the afternoon and 62 degrees F. Tonight, it will get down to 40 F. How I envy you!

Unless it was in a tin I would think it will be on your carseat and little left to eat.

I don't think it will go bad, but it will melt. just stick it in the fridge for a bit to cool it off.

If it didn't melt by then! It should be good I would guess. Not sure though. never tried it. chocolate can't last 5 minutes after i see it :( :)

no, sugar content is too osmotically high fro bacteria to survive generally.
