What kind of sauce would be good on Parsley New Potatoes?

You can heat one can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken. Heat the sauce over medium heat and add water so that it isnt so thick.
You can also sprinkle many sorts of cheeses as well..parmesan, and pepper jack cheese taste great over potatos.

I know this is a bit unoriginal but how about parsley sauce? I've attached a recipe below.

You don't need a sauce, just butter salt and parsely.
