I am looking for a recipe for cinnamon roll icing that tastes like Cindy's Cinnamon Roll icing. It is a very sweet white icing with a thick consistency. My husband LOVES snickerdoodles topped with this icing that his childhood Nanny used to make but she refuses to give up her homemade icing recipe up to anyone. Please help- I would love to surprise him.

for the mahi mahi i am going to use a, red wine, lemon, garlic-salt seasoning (or hollidaise)

but the side items ...not sure what i should do for a good side item, typically I like rice with seafood or something steamed. not familar with the mahi mahi
