I want to make homemade ice cream with no machine.?

how can i make the recipes (that need an ice cream maker) without use one?

My kids and I do this all the time .. it's delicious! Mix one cup of half and half or milk with 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a small ziploc bag. In a larger ziplock bag, mix 2 cups rock salt (cheap at Wal-Mart) and about 8-10 ice cubes. Place the small bag in the large bag and shake for 5-7 minutes ... depending on how firm you want the ice cream. You can add any flavor you want. Chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, caramel, whatever. But the vanilla is awesome by itself!

This is all you need:
1. a big plastic bag
2. a small plastic bag
3. vanilla (1tsp)
4. milk(1cup)
5. newspapers
6.a dash of salt
7. lots of ice

All you need to do is put the ingredients in the small bag, put the small bag in the big bag so it won't leak. Put some ice in the big bag so the ingredients will harden. Cover up the bags with the newspaper and shake it for about 5to 8 minutes. When your done shaking, eat it.
