You can also make a veggie bruger. That is to take your fresh lettuce and make a wrap for your hamburger. You can put in tomatoes and onions. Very healthy. Yes a baked potato with the skin on can be healthy too as long as you don't pack it with all the cheese and goo.

Add some dried minced onion and a tablespoon of steak sauce, shape into an oval and flatten for a "sirloin" type of burger. If you top with mushrooms and onions, it would be like steak, no bun or cheese needed. And "steak" goes great with baked potato and salad! Enjoy your healthy dinner.

Absolutely. If you skip the butter and sour cream on your baker, and use low fat dressing on the salad.

For your hamburger, you could add some spices, pepper, garlic, minced onion, worchestershire sauce, whatever you like. I like to add a couple tablespoons of spaghetti sauce, makes a hamburger juicy and tasty.

It is quite good but with 90% lean meat it will not sizzle as well, so spray each side with some cooking oil.
It is the sizzle that browns the meat an imparts flavor and meat that lean just will not taste as good.

Make a quick pico de gallo to top it.
Chop tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno and mix with lime juice and a little salt and pepper.
It's fresh and full of flavor!

My husband's favourite hamburger is simply made with hamburger, no additions.

(I would sprinkle the pattie with salt and pepper, at least, and maybe squirt a little worchestershire sauce on, but ... )
