I tried to use a fork and pull it apart and it did not work very well. I am wondering if there is a better way or if maybe I just didn't smoke it long enough last time( I smoked it for about 6-7 hours).

Which is better for cooking a quesadilla, oven or in a skillet on stove? What are the differences in the outcome? (like is one crunchier than the other or harder?) Thanks.

I remember Sister's Chicken and Biscuits was a restaurant chain in the 80's, but I haven't seen any since. Anyway, they used to have the most amazing rice. It was green, (from herbs) saucy, and had bits of, what I think was sausage, in it. Just wondering if anyone else remembers this, and if anyone has a recipe.

I have a recipe that calls for curry powder, but don't have any on hand and couldn't find any in the store. What can I use in place of that? The other spices are onion powder, dry mustard, salt garlic powder paprika and ground red peper. Help!!!

I should know this since I live in Florida, but I rarely use limes.

I heard a chef say limes have no seeds. But others seem to think there are.

So what do you think? Thanks for your time and trouble to respond.

When I make sausage with peppers and onions, I usually cook the peppers and onions in a frying pay first and then put it all together with the sausage in the oven at 350 degrees. (This is Italian sausage with cheese/fennel etc.) Now, it seems to take hours to cook the sausage in the oven so that it's not pink inside and even when it's done, I'm always worried if its cooked properly. Is there an easier way?
