Does barbeque sause have pork or pork flavoring in it from pigs? If they do, do all of them contain some essence of pork?

no none do it is all tomato based, sugar, seasonings with some times molasse too..nothing meat based added

most major commercial brands do not contain animal products - some smaller producers do use beef or pork stock - read your label carefully

whenever I smoke a duck or a chicken I then make stock out of it - since it has that very smokey flavor it is a great addition to BBQ sauce

no, it's all chemicals so it's 100% halal or kosher.

things that contain essence of pork are usually oils and meat

i.e. shortening, though vegetable shortening is widely used now, you'd be hard-pressed to still find a producer using animal fats as they contain lots of saturated lipids.
