Here are some recipes for you...
Eggnog Bread Pudding
¾ lb. loaf white bread
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or raisins)
1 32-ounce container eggnog
2 cups Half & Half
1/3 cup sugar
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
Powdered sugar
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease 13x9-inch baking dish. Cut bread into 1-inch chunks
Coarsely chop chocolate chips. In baking dish, toss bread and chocolate. In large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggnog, Half & Half, sugar, and eggs until well mixed. Pour eggnog mixture over bread and chocolate; dot with butter. Set baking dish in large roasting pan; place on middle oven rack. Fill roasting pan with hot water to come halfway up side of baking dish. Bake bread pudding 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve pudding warm.

Buttermilk Chess Pie
1 9-inch pie 50 min 5 min prep
Change to: 9-inch pie
5 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring until blended;pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.

Buttermilk Coconut Pecan Pie
1-2 pies 1¼ hours 15 min prep
Change to: pies
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients .
Pour into 2 , 8-inch unbaked pie shells , or one , 10 inch , unbaked pie shell .
Bake at 325 degrees for an hour , or until pie is almost set in tne middle .
Cool and serve .

EGG DESSERT
3/4 cup butter or oleo
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
4 large eggs
3/4 cup pecans-chopped
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cups vanilla wafers -- crushed
Cream butter and suggar, add eggs one at atime, beat well after each addition.
Mix in nuts and vanilla. Add 2 3/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs. Mix. Spread
remaining crumbs in bottom of buttered 8x8 inch pan. Spread creamed mixture
evenly over crumbs. Freeze. Will keep a month in freezer.

LEMON CHESS PIE!!!!!
This is like my favorite pie, that my mom makes around holidays.
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cornmeal
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
pinch salt
PREPARATION:
Beat eggs well; add sugar, butter, and cornmeal, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice, grated lemon peel, and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in preheated 325° oven until set, about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.

just take 1 fresh raw yellow of egg and mix it with 2 small spoons of sugar
eat directly
it's delicious
you can put this mix in bakery too
now multiply with all the eggs you want
