Even simple things like orange slices or hard boiled egges can really add to the usual salad fare. Have two fussy kids to consider as well. What are your favourite salad items?

I heard someone talk about boiling a ham to remove some of the sodium. Has anyone heard of this or any other method to reduce the sodium in a ham? I will also glaze in the oven. The ham is already spiral cut.

What i tend to do is, after all the meat is cut off the bone and saved on a plate in plastic wrap as a leftover, what i do is just toss it in the pan and heat it up. (Microwaving kills flavor X_X)

So anyways, I heard techniques on adding oil to the pan and onions and frying the meat there, and adding herbs afterwards.
I personally like to use a pan and add some cilantro and salt in the middle. A dash of chicken broth. Also some mustard as a dipping sauce! Some people have actually tried doing it like those mcdonalds chicken select strips >.>

Who knows a nice quick preparation of leftover holiday turkey/chicken leftover trimmings?

I saw a gluten free recipe, but it included vanilla extract. I thought vanilla extract wasn't gluten free!

I am looking for a Hawaiin dish for raw tuna. I ate it some years ago and again recently but don't have the recipe. It contains square chunks of tuna and some scallions and other tid bits. If you know of this recipe, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently enrolled and starting my sixth month in January, 07. I'm starting to really get disenfranchised with the school for reasons I can not explain and some I can (the other students for one). Has anyone gone to the school and experienced the same thing or am I just trippin'?
