I bought some pie slices, then had to drive so it was unrefrigerated in my car for about 2 days (48 hours), it was "cool" at night but not enough and certainly not in the day. So about how long should it be safe, for a fruit pie, no cream or anything that I'm aware of. It's like a blueberry pie, but it's actually some other berries...

Here you go:* 2 cups granulated sugar
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1 cup marshmallow creme
* 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

Boil sugar and milk in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage*, or about 236° on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour candy into a greased 8x8-inch pan and chill. Cut peanut butter fudge into squares when cool and firm.

To Test for Soft Ball Stage
A small amount of syrup dropped into chilled water forms a ball, but is soft enough to flatten when picked up with fingers (234° to 240°).

I want to make this:

Heat up a cup of water as if for tea. Disolve 2 and a half tablespoons of honey in the water. Soak a lemon slice for 5 min in the water. Drink it up!

Would substituting regular liquid honey with pure clover honey flakes be the same? If so, how many flakes would equal 2 and a half tablespoons of liquid honey?
