I watch a lot of TV and I see lots of American TV shows that go on about no sex before marriage and purity...

I know that many "family oriented" TV shows like to stick in a moral, but this one seems to be constantly being thrown about...

So why??? What is with the downer on no sex before marriage??? Can't JUST be because of STD's, cos it is easy to avoid them... Can't be JUST be because of unwanted pregnancies, cos with plenty of education, that can be avoided...

Is it because the education of kids by family and the education system is woefully inadequate??? Or because the "Moral Majority" stygmatises anyone who is interested in sex but not marriage???

I've been withthis guy for 3 years. He's still legally married. He told me he didn't believe in marriage if you don't have children, however, he didn't have children with his 2 previous marriages. I'm not saying he's the perfect man for me but I find this an insult. It's not as if I'm a troll, if anything the opposite. Should I hang around until he gets off his but and dumps his wife? Or should I just move on?

It started with a little bit of sinusitis i was anxious but was not taking alprazolam i tried different solutions but didnt work. Then once i had a panic attack of anxiety (numbness in the head and nose) since then i used to alprazolam. Please suggest me with a nice solution.

So I have this cousin who's staying with us because MY MOM is paying HER college education fee. For the past 3 years of being with her, I found out that she's a comp;ete liar. I mean, she tends to exaggerate things to make her look good (it's obvious enough that she's a liar) and she's somewhat close with my dad. One day, she gets into a fight with my other uncle (mom's bro) and she talks about bad things behind our uncle's back to my dad and me, and she also mentions that my mom is a ***** too. Obviously, even if my mom does have some flaws, I was really offended with what she said. It's as if she's not grateful that without my mom, she'd end up as a factory worker/maid. She lies to my dad that my mom got mad at him when my dad had this reunion, even if she really didn't. Sometimes I think that she tells her friends that my mom's making her into a slave, when she's being treated as a guest. It makes my family look bad.

I just want to strangle her right now. What would you do??

How would one go about enlisting with a chance at Scout Sniper? Or is this something where they choose you? I would like to enlist, but only as this. I don't want to be told, "They may pick you" then not, and my MOS be something else. If no one knows, could someone refer me to where I could find out other than a recruiter? I'd rather not be getting calls from them 24/7 about if I'm joining or not. Thanks alot.

bought the car back in september of 1998 still a great running car but u know when it first came out they said wow what a fast car it was! keyword was! but now a days 190 horsepower aint **** these days. now u get more horsepower for the money. i think its time to axe the max .

The lady who did my eyebrows burned them with the wax, so now I have two little dots that hurt like crazy, & then to top it off (because you know it could'nt stop there) I burned my finger with the hair iron. & let me not mention that it's 8 o clock in the morning on a Sunday & I'm at work. So ANYWAYS.. I must go pick up something for these burns, any suggestions?
