Microwaves cause the water molecules in food to vibrate, which generates heat, until they reach the boiling temperature, 212 degrees.

There's nothing inherently healthy or unhealthy about this mode of thermal transmission.

Radiation cooking isn't healthful in great doses. You don't destroy any more than you do with conventional cooking. In most cases, you destroy less. Vegetables aren't overcooked if you do them right and fish is not overdone.

I don't recommend microwaving beef or poultry in the microwave because they might not be completely done. Most other items are fine.

microwave cooking is not very healthy. in fact, it is very dangerous. the center portion of the food may not get heated up and bacteria will not be killled. If consumed, the bacteria can cause problems in the stomach, resulting in severe diarrhoea.

benefits of the microwave is its convenience i guess. It is fast in 'heating' up food.

There's nothing wrong with microwave cooking, although it usually doesn't taste all that good.
Just make sure you don't use plastic containers as they leach out dangerous chemicals into your food as it heated.
Also, do not cover your food with plastic wrap, such as Saran Wrap, as it drips dangerous chemicals into your food as it heats.
This is now a well known, and confirmed fact.

The only meat I cook in one is bacon.....then I poach my eggs....
baking, broiling, and braising are the best ways to cook meat....grilling is good once in a while...oh yeah, they are great for warming leftovers

no......it make sit so that there rn't as many fats in it.the bad kind of fats.benefits-quickest thing u can get.....and itz not rlly a fire hazard if u follow the directions
