I really don't like salt. Even though it doesn't even touch the ice cream it still grosses me out. Are there any recipes for home made ice cream that don't require salt or rock salt?

I can't use anything that will cause a dried on food or dye stain like mustard or paint. Pen type speed and convenience is best. So maybe it's best if I just write "Dirty" on the inside with a Gell frosting pen?

Ok so I boiled the lobster, while it was boiling some with stuff came to the top, I need to know if I can just leave it in the pot with the water untill i eat it? can I reheat it there? I really dont know what to do. I think it was dead for 1 hour but it sucks to throw it out after paying that much money for them.
