I'm looking for a recipe or link to find a salmon loaf recipe like my mom used to make. I know it has one can of canned salmon, and a can of cream of celery soup. I lost her recipe, and danged if I can find it searching the 'net. Can anyone with better search skills find something like this?

It must have at least those two ingredients. I'll take anything you all can find. Thanks!

My roommate and I left a turkey out to thaw and ended up leaving it out overnight (for about 9 hours). Surprisingly it was still very cold this morning. I unwrapped it and it still smells ok. There was even a little bit of ice on part of it. Is it ok to use? we have to cook it tomorrow, so if it's not ok, i don't know what else to do.

I usually use Provolone cheese when I make pizza. But today I have in my fridge:

1) fresh mozzarela balls in brine
2) spreadable cream cheese with herbs

Do you think they would work if I put them on a pizza? Should I use regular tomatoe pizza sauce with them? For toppings I'm planning sausage, mushrooms and pepper.

I'm not great at making candy yet. Getting better, but I still have my struggles with it. Some is turning out great, and some not-so-great........like fudge. Somehow I can't get it just right. I'd appreciate help! :)
