I'm talking about italian meatballs that could go with spaghetti or with italian bread. I need to know every detail because I don't even know how to ball the meat, cook it, what size, etc.

An appetizer, would be best for this dinner. I'm serving salmon, Basmati rice, acorn squash, and peas for the main course. Can you bake crab cakes instead of frying?

I bought it in a little bakery near the town-centre. It is made with a lot of chocolate in the pastry and a lot of soft chocolate outside. The best cake I had ever eaten. But the bakery didn't tell me the receipt. Please excuse my bad english.

Guys,

Got a couple fo guest coming tomorrow, so I was hoping to cook a nice dinner for them. I am decent in the kitchen, nothing great, but I know my way around one.

I will be buying my ribeye from costco. It comes pretty thick, I think around 2-3 inches.

1. How long should I cook it on each side? We want med-rare
2. What should I marinate with? Some easy, but good...

Thanks in advance.

Looking for a simple but delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe. Fool-proof is good :)
And no whacky ingredients, I only have basic stuff.

I've surfed the web, and asked around....but I either get told that I can't have the recipe or it's way to complicated or weird. I just want a simple dressing/stuffing recipe that's not cooked in a bird, doesn't have fruit in it, and is made with bits of celery and cornbread. It's just old fashioned home cooked stuffing, and I'd like to make a large batch of it for Christmas, but I don't have a clue as to what do to. Please help!!

I have had store-bought bone-in chicken breasts in the package (non-frozen) for about 5-6 days and took it out today to cook, but there are small white spots all over them, like powder. Is it mold and should I throw the chicken away?

Who has it? Honestly, I love Progresso lentil soup and have tried tons of recipes but haven't found anything as good. I'd like to continue my search, but maybe with some input from the good people of Y!A instead of stabbing out blindly at whatever looks decent. I'm vegetarian, by the way, so no ham hocks or sausage.

P.S. If you're going to answer with "buy the canned stuff" then please don't bother. Thanks.

I saw a recipe for oreo "truffles" made with oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate, and it sounded great. I lost the recipe, and if anyone has it I would appreciate it, but all the recipes I find seem to say that you remove the cream, and I didn't think you had to in the version I saw.
