We have a restaurant here that the roast is placed in this round salt block and baked in the oven. It is the best tasting meat that you can place in your mouth.

How can I make homeade cookies that are not complicated but are easy to make. Do you know of any good sugar cookie recepies and how to make icing for the cookies as well? I never cut out shapes with a rolling pin before it is hard? I want to give the cookies as gifts as a personal touch. Thank you in advance for sharing your recipies. Happy Holidays.

I am wondering if I can just use a regular cake mix to make a jelly roll. I have a recipe for a filling (feel free to share yours). As I have been surfing for directions (I've never made one) all the recipes are from scratch. Any tips would be helpful...
THanks!

I want to be reminded of my time in the french alps. I believe ingedients included beaujolais, orange zest, cinnamon and a variety of other spices.

If someone has a recipe with preperation instructions I will honor you with a toast. Preferably a recipe you can vouch for!

Cheers!
