Crispy Chicken Drumsticks:
1/2 cup regular oats
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dash of garlic powder
8 chicken drumsticks (about 1 3/4 pounds), skinned
2 tablespoons honey
Parsley sprigs (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Brush the drumsticks lightly with honey, and dredge drumsticks in oat mixture. Place drumsticks on a broiler pan. Bake drumsticks at 400° for 15 minutes. Turn drumsticks over, and bake an additional 20 minutes or until drumsticks are tender and golden. Garnish drumsticks with parsley, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 drumsticks)

Just season with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Then put @1/2" of oil (peanut best) in a pan and heat up. Fry the legs with no breading or coating in the oil, turning every 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Then remove from pan, and dump oil. In the pan, mix @1/8 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce, 1/8 c. hoisin or duck sauce, 1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes, couple drops of sesame oil, and a T. peanut butter in pan, heat and mix. Put chicken legs back in and heat covering with sauce. Simmer until sauce boils down a bit and thickens.

G'day Mel,
Thank you for your question.
The easist way and quickest is to get some Chicken seasoning such as Season-All, put some over the drumsticks and stick them in the microwave. They will be ready to eat in less than five minutes.
I have enclosed some links to other easy drumstick recipes.
Regards

The easiest and quickest way to cook them is to roll them in flour with seasonings and fry them in vegetable oil for about 30-40 minutes.
