CHICKEN WITH CUCUMBERS
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 chicken breasts
1 large cucumber
1/2 an onion, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken stock ( 1/2 cup water and 1 chicken boullion cube works too)
3 tbsp. sour cream

Heat oil and butter in skillet. Add chicken to pan, cook thoroughly. Take cucumber and peel, slice in half, seed with a spoon and dice small. When chicken is cooked golden brown, remove from pan. Add onion and cucumber. Cover and cook 1-2 minutes. Add chicken stock, garlic, cumin and mustard. Cook 5-7 minutes more until onion and cucumber are tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve cucumber sauce over chicken.

Cinnamon Bread, it's SO easy and everyone loves it. Sometimes I make it and give it to people as gifts, I have never come accross anyone who does not enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients 1:
2 cups white flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegie oil
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla

Ingredients 2:
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp margarine

Instructions:

1. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients 1 into a large bowl and beat with a pastry blender for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour the batter right into the loaf pan.
4. Combine ingredients 2 with fingers until crumbly.
5. Sprinkle ingredients 2 over the loaf and use a knife to mix in a circular motion and create a marble design.
6. Bake for 50 to 70 minutes depending on your oven.

French Bread Pizza

Ingredients

red pepper finely chopped
green pepper finely chopped
yellow pepper finely chopped
onion finely chopped
mushrooms thiny sliced
sun-dried tomato paste
pizza sauce
vegetable oil
french baton

Slice a French Baton in half and slice each half through long ways.

Preheat an oven to 200 degrees.

Fry the onion on some oil until soft. Then make up the pizza. Firstly spread it with sun-dried tomato paste. Then add a layer of pizza sauce (I often use pasta sauce instead).

Sprinkle some onion on top. Then spread over some mushrooms. Sprinkle over some peppers.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Mix a jar of apricot preserves with a bottle of Russian (or Califonia French) salad dressing.Mix in a packet of dry onion soup mix. Spoon over chicken breast and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. It sounds funky- but super easy and very flavorful. I don't like Russian or CA French dressing- but I love this recipe!!!

Quick Chicken Parmesan Dinner
A delicious meal ready in under 30 minutes using convenient foods.

Prep. Time: 0:30
Serves: 4-6

4-6 breaded, frozen chicken patties
4-6 slices mozzarella cheese
28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce - heated
1 lb. box pasta - prepared as directed
Parmesan cheese - to sprinkle

-Place chicken on a cookie sheet and bake as directed on box, except remove from oven 5 minutes prior to instructions.
-Place a slice of cheese on each patty; spoon 1-2 Tbls. of spaghetti sauce over each slice of cheese; sprinkle with a little Parmesan.
-Return to oven for an additional 7 minutes.
-Portion cooked pasta onto plates; spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over pasta; and place a chicken patty over each bed of pasta.

just take 2 lbs ground beef and put it in the skillet on medium heat add ,adobo 4 garlics 2 pack of sasson ,olives 1onion ,1 peppers chop it all up, add a little vinegar and mix it cover it for a half hour . stir it again let uncover for fifteen minutes cut tomato lettuce and chop cheese on a side dish .
take the flour pita and put in all the ingredients chop meat first then salad then cheese heat in microwave add range dressing.

Chicken breasts or parts of chicken sauteed in a deep skillet with some olive oil to brown them than add 2 cloves garlic sliced - add 1 cup chicken broth or water and a can of cream of mushroom soup. Cover simmer and serve

You can put potato chunks and carrot chunks in to cook with the meat.

You can use low fat mushroom soup and it's healthier

stir fry steak or you can get a thin large steak and cut it up into stir fry.. cook on the stove with onions and bell peppers strips when they are all done you pour a can over beef gravy over it.. it some times take 2 cans depending on how much steak,onions and peppers you use.. while all of that is cooking you need to cook some rice and when both are done serve it over the white rice and you have a Chinese dish called pepper steak and rice

ramen noodles cook and drain
sprinkle seasoning on the noodles
melt lots of mozzarella on the noodles
add smoked sausage and tomatoes.
Mix it all together and enjoy!

Make some mac and cheese.

Dump in a container of salsa (mild or hot, to your liking).

Stir.

Voila. Texas Mac & Cheese.
