When I am baking apples with a sponge mixture on top,
( I think it is calles Apple Charlotte)
The sponge in the centre is never cooked.
I have tried all ways to amend this problem such as cooking on a lower heat, drying all the juice from the apples.
The only remedy I can do it to let the other part of the sponge cook them lift the uncooked sponge from the centre before serving.
Please help,

OK, I just bought a Box of those Egg Rolls in the Frozen Section at Walmart. And I wanted to know what kinds of sauces to eat with them. I've never had Egg Rolls in my life before so I'm going to try them. I have the Vegetable Kind.
