HOT SAUCE requires a food processer to create a smooth sauce. Ingredients include tomatos, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and maybe some tomato paste. For SALSA you'd use those same ingredients except you just want to chop it instead of blend it.
OOPS! I almost forgot the jalepeno! That's a very MAIN ingredient! Use them one at a time until you reach your desired hottness. Red chiles are also good!

Nah, forget what everyone is saying. This here is the salsa for life. My mom makes it and it's so simple and SO DELICIOUS I promise. it has the mom seal of approval. Get a can of diced tomatoes, and a handful of cilantro and a packet of crushed red pepper from Pizza hut, or you can use crushed pepper from the spice rack ifyou have it, put it all in the blender and be amazed and addicted. promise.

in the blender pulse(a type of chopping on your blender) a can of whole tomatoes, diced up jalepenos (the heat is in the seeds so leave what you want depending on how hot you want it), diced white onion, diced clove of garlic, and chopped up cilantro (again as much you like) together. chill imediatly and it will keep in the frig for about 4 days. this is the fresh stuff so eat it up fast. you can heat this up in a saucepan on low and then pour the warm sauce over your over easy eggs and viola you have juevos rancheros.

Take any sauce. Put it in a 2-quart saucepan. Put it over medium heat on your stove and wait.
It'll be hot soon.

Peppers, oil, vinegar and spices. Heat it up slowly in a saucepan, let it cool, and put it in a bottle or jar with a lid.
