I'm going to suggest the Jello thing too, but back off on the amount of hot water you use to disolve the Jello mix -- use about 1/2. The texture will be a little more rubbery, but will last for quite a long time.

Make cherry jello and mix just about a teaspoon of cocoa powder in when you mix in the hot water. It will make the jello have the color and texture of blood. Peel the grapes before you put them in.
You can also put some in a separate bowl with some cooked spaghetti for brains.

Chocolate pudding might be a bit too pricey. So maybe mix orange and grape Jell-O with peeled grapes.

go to the store and get some knox blox gelatin.....mix it up and pour it into something you want to make a gelatin thing of...... I think it's pretty cheap

Yes make jello and put grapes in it. Put it in a bowl. Feels just like eye balls.
