This was very simple. It had only a few ingredients. It was rubbed with EVOO, then spices were added. It was tied, then placed in a hot oven then temp. was reduced. What temps. and for how long?

I would appreciate any homemade dressing recipes for any kind of salad dressings. (Caesar, Green Goddess, Thousand Island, French, etc...)
Prefer none using seasoning packets. Although they are pretty good, I'm looking for homemade stuff please.

I want to know the best way to clean a flat gril? I have heard you use 7up when cleaning helps cut the grease. And use a razor blade to scrape the black grime off. And you can use a block that you can buy at walmart to clean the surface. I want to know the fastest, easiest way that leaves the fewest scratches. Any techniques would also be appreciated. Ty
