I'm looking for recipes that help me make a week's worth of meals. Like you start with Sunday -- let's say it's roasted chicken. You roast 2 chickens, saving the meat from one for a meal on Tuesday, and use the leftover vegetables for a meal on Monday.

In your search box type in OAMC (once a month cooking) . You will be so surprised with the number of websites and recipe sites that you will find. I love cooking like this. It helps now that I am looking for a job outside the home. This way my husband can start supper when he gets home and I don't have to worry about it. Hope you enjoy all the fun you will have looking for new and different recipes. Good luck and have a good day.

Ok, try this site, but also, remember that you can always use leftovers for pot pies and such. I use last night's chicken for today's chicken salad for lunch. Turn your mashed potatoes into potato cakes that are lightly breaded and sauted in a pan real quick. Everything can go into soup, too. And freeze things to use again in a couple weeks, when you aren't sick of them. http://5recipes.blogspot.com/

Nope, don't eat stale food. Get fresh good food everyday if you can afford it. If not roast a turkey, it lasts all week. Again, fresh meat and fresh veggies every day is best. For flavor and health.

Try www.foodnetwork.com I know they have a show about just what you're looking for! I've seen it a few times, but forget the name of it.
