Tons! How about some easy easy dip. Take cream cheese and cover it with coctail sauce and then with crab meat. Serve it with crackers. Scalloped potatoes are awlays a hit, and rally easy to make. Try adding some potato chips on top for added crunch! I really like to mmake mashed sweet potatoes. Just make them like regular mashed potatoes, only add a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, but not enough to make them sweet. Or, make it dessert by topping with marshmallows like your favorite candied yams. Mississippi Caviar is one of my favorites, and it has no fish eggs, and no hassle! Just take 4 cans of black eyed peas or other beans. Cut up some red and green bell peppers, and onions and mix together with a bottle of italian dressing. I like to add a jalepeno to it to give it a little spice. This is best with tortilla chips. Good luck!
