Carraba's Restuarant?

I have searched online with no success. Does anyone know how to make the Suga Rosa sauce which is on the Mezzaluna at Carrabas? If so, please oh please, tell me.

Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola have a cooking show on PBS and they've published several recipe books. I would just bet you that the recipe might be in one of their books... so maybe a visit to the local bookstore with a pad and pen? :)
