Slosh equal parts of soy sauce and white wine over the chops in casserole dish or baking dish. Place in oven 180deg Celsius until cooked, turning once or twice. or Sprinkle chops with Chinese Five Spice and squeeze lemon juice all over. Turn the chops a couple of times so that the powder and juice covers them. Place in a hot oven turning once or twice during cooking time. You may have to pour off some juice towards the end of cooking. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Buy fresh, pre-heat skillet, add some oil, lightly salt and pepper the chops, sear on one side, then before turning, add SAGE LEAVES...turn and continue to cook with the sage leaves (you can use whole or dried, just NOT the ground powder!!!
This is the BEST.
With this have some plain boiled potatoes (smidge of butter, salt and nutmeg), some veggies or a salad, have a decent white wine, try not to overdo the dinner....

I MAKE GREAT CRANBERRY PORK CHOPS. YOU SEASON THE CHOPS, LIGHTLY FLOUR, THEN YOU FRY THEM IN TWO CUPS OF OIL. REMOVE THEM THEN DRAIN. OPEN TWO CANS OF CRANBERRY SAUCE. ON A LOW HEAT MELT THE CRANBERRY SAUCE. THEN ADD THE PORK CHOPS TO THE SAUCE. ADD A HALF CUP OF WATER. STIR. THEN COVER AND SIMMER FOR FIVE MINUTES. STIR ONCE IN BETWEEN. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

you can bread them and put them in the oven. That's better than frying them up.
