I am talking about raw eggs in its shell we buy from the market. It is sometimes frustrating when the egg you bought is not as good as you would want it. Are there any ways to check to know if the egg is not an old stock?

My son tested allergic to beef and pork, his favorites. Ground turkey and chicken just doesnt seem to be a good replacement in the recipes. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a way to spice these up better to make them taste better? Any suggestions or recipes would be great. We are on a limited budget, so please keep that in mind. We already do eat alot of chicken, but I am looking for ways to make chili's, hot dishes, etc. as well. Thanks,

.......... or are they a thing of the past? I have never seen one (let alone used one) but back when, they seemed to be the rage. What types of meals can you cook in them? I'm asking because my kids are becoming the age of "league sports" and practice always seems to be around dinner time! I'm looking for ways to make fast, holesome meals.
