1 cup peanut butter (your choice, smooth or chunky)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
sugar, for rolling (optional)
Mix together until smooth.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet two inches apart. If desired, roll in extra sugar before placing on cookie sheet.
Press with fork and press again in opposite direction.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°.
Do not brown, do not over bake.

DESSERT RECIPE: Easy 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1-cup smooth peanut butter
½-cup sugar
1-egg
Mix together all 3 ingredients
Divide into 24 pieces
Roll each piece into a ball
Flatten with a fork onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes
DO NOT OVERBAKE

That recipe works very well! Plus these cookies are very high in protein. 1/8 of a recipe = 1 serving of protein. I substitute 1 cup Splenda for the sugar and that works fine too!

Impossible. You have to have flour, peanut butter, butter, egg, sugar, baking soda, salt. AND chocolate chips. haha!
