If you have a particular bakery, or bakeries in mind that you want your cake from, ask to just go there and see their sample book. Odds are, they'll have pictures of cakes they've done in the past with fountains, and you can build your own ideas from that. Decorators at most places can and are willing to, work with your own unique ideas and what you exactly are looking for.

Try contacting your local bakery. Many people believe that just because they don't see it in the window it can't be purchased. Ask the baker if they don't make one they may know someone that does. I really hope that you find one and good luck.

i know this a fairly simple answer, call a wedding planner, they should be more than happy to help you out :) my sister recently got married, and her and her husband had one of those.
