couscous is as healthy as any other pasta. Couscous is a moroccan pasta and is the size of small beads. It is usally served with a lemon/lime vinergete (either one or the other) diced red peppers and such. It is rather delicate so trying to use a cream type sauce would drowned it as well as over welm it. It is really good served with grilled chicken breast.

Well it is a pasta, however mixed with the right ingredients it is healthy and delicious, I like to add low fat Italian dressing, garlic, finely chopped tomato(no seeds), green onions, red peppers, peeled and seeded cucumber, and a splash of lemon or lime. If you do a cream sauce you may as well be having fettuccine Alfredo, which on occasion is OK.

of course it is! I´m out of the country right now, and as I´m running out of meal ideas, I was quite disappointed to find out it was not sold here, because it is healthy and delicious. Just watch the amount of additives!

By itself. But, like anything, you will probably want to add to it to make it more appetizing. The additives are what you should meter.
