Is there a way to tell how many calories are in a recipe?

Like if I was to look up a recipe. IS there a way I can figure out how much fat,calories,ect. it has?

depending on where your getting it from they may have the nutritional values. Pampered Chef recipes all have them listed in their cookbooks. Was there something specific you were looking for?
