Urgent brownie HELPP!?
my brownie top part is fine
but the bottom is JELLY like
WHYYYYYYYY
my pan is only 6x6. how long must i cook? HELP!!
PS IM MAKING THE SECOND BATCH NOW.
my temperature is 350f, 175c and
the first batch had been in the MINI oven for one hour
and it turned jelly!
so now, im trying 1hour 15 minutes!
its only 6x6 I REPEAT 6X6
and no baking with stones
BECAUSE IM IN SINGAPORE!

Your pan is too deep, decrease your heat and increase your cooking time. Try decreasing temp to 300 and increasing cook time. Just increasing cook time will burn the brownies!

hmm... not knowing the ingredients you are using... sometimes they might seem a bit jelly-ish after you first take them out.
I cook mine at 350 also but only for about 25 minutes or so in a 8X8 pan. Here is how I make mine...
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8 inch square pan
In a medium bowl combine melted butter and cocoa and stir until cocoa is dissolved.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time and stir until well combined.
Stir in vanilla, flour and salt until you no longer see any flour (do not overmix).
** you can put in chocolate chips or nuts or anything you like
Spread in pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into squares
I hope your brownies work for you... I am thinking maybe yours are jelly-ish due to just out of oven? But I am in US so maybe oven are different there? In any case good luck!! (sorry not a huge help)

I think it's the heat setting problem...
Did to set at bottom heat first?
when the batter rised then change to top heat...
because if the pan is too deep...you need to cook the bottom first
