I think it's more fun if you would have told us what Ingredients you have on hand, we could Invent something, but anyway here's an easy cookies recipe, there's always time for cookies:

Vanilla Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
4 cups sifted unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk or sour cream
Vanilla sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Sift flour with baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream butter with sugar, egg yolks and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour. Blend well. In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into cookie batter.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Spread and shape cookie on back of spoon into a 2-inch circle, 1/2 inch high. Sprinkle generously with vanilla sugar.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden around the edges. Immediately remove to rack; sprinkle again with vanilla sugar and cool completely.

Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.

Amazing Macaroni Pizza

For the Crust
1 2/3 cups elbow macaroni
4 slices (1 ounce each) American cheese, cut into strips
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Toppings
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices pepperoni

Preparing the Crust
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender but still firm, 6-8 minutes. Drain pasta.

2. While pasta is still warm, return it to the saucepan and toss with American cheese and eggs.

3. Lightly brush a 12-inch pizza pan or ovenproof skillet with oil. Spread pasta mixture in the pan, pressing firmly with the back of a wooden spoon; bake crust for 10 minutes.

Topping the Pizza
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pasta, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle with garlic and oregano; top with mozzarella. Place pepperoni slices on pizza in a spiral pattern. Bake pizza until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.

ok, here is the easiest fudge recipe. Line a small cake pan (about 9 inch square) with plastic wrap or wax paper. Buy about a pound and a half of bulk chocolate ( you can find it in the grocery store this time of year, its usually near the produce ) and a pint of hagen daz or Ben and Jerrys vanilla ice cream ( its gotta be the really good kind with lots of real cream and eggs) You can also buy nuts if you like nuts in your fudge but its optional . Slowly melt the chocolate with HALF a pint of the ice cream. Once its melted, quickly stir in the other half of the ice cream to begin to cool it add the chopped nuts if you are adding them and spread it in the pan. Chill in the fridge until solid.

Here's something soooo easy and the whole family will be able to enjoy it. It's peach cobbler, and it's one of the quickest, easiest recipes I know. Just throw 1 box of yellow cake mix and two 29oz. cans of sliced peaches(undrained) into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Mix it up until it seems to be blended most of the way, and then bake it according to the directions on the cake mix box. This peach cobbler tastes just like it was made from scratch!!! It's especially good served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top. Enjoy!

Here's something soooo simple and takes very little time but is surprisingly good.

Ingredients: bag of chips ahoy cookies, small bowl, milk, at least an 8 oz bowl of cool whip, spoon, small square dish

take the milk and fill the small bowl just about an inch deep
take one cookie at a time and dip it flat into the milk but don't let it soak, literally put it in and quickly take it out
layer the bottom of your square dish with cookies then after you have a layer spread a small layer of cool whip on top and repeat these steps when you get to the top of the dish add one final layer of coolwhip and then crumble up some dry cookies on top for a dressing I would then put this into the fridge for at least 30 minutes then dig in it makes a very good desert, takes hardly no time, and requires no actual baking.

Hope you like it

If you are looking for a quick and easy meal, I'll give you two.

Ingredients: 1 large can of Veg-all (large chunks)
1 pound hamburger
1 can tomato sauce

Brown burger in a skillet and drain grease. Add drained can of veg-all then stir in tomato sauce and spice to your desire.
Takes about 10 minutes to prepare!

Another quick meal is A can of Bush Beans (original) mixed with a pound of cooked hamburger and spiced with a little BBQ sauce to taste. Serve in a bowl with a slice of your favorite bread.
ENJOY!
