1 8oz. Pkg Cream Cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 Graham Cracker Crust Pie Shell
1 Can Cherry pie filling

With mixer, cream the cheese til fluffy. While mixing, gradually add the can of condensed milk. Then add the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into a ready made graham cracker crust pie shell
and refrigerate til firm. Usually overnite is best. Also l've found a little less lemon juice makes it a little firmer and still delicious. Then just cover with a can of cherry pie filling. Chill a bit more then serve. I also just tried adding some chocolate chip morsels to the same recipe (didn't add the cherries) right after mixing then pouring into a chocolate graham cracker pie crust. Wa la!!! Both are delicious. :) :) :)

Base
Digestive biscuits
melted butter

Top
cream cheese
Greek yogurt (natural)
lemon juice
caster sugar
gelatin

crush the biscuits and combine with melted butter, squash this as a base in a deep cake tin, ideally one with a spring open side.

use an electric hand whisk to blend the yogurt and cream cheese, add lemon juice and sugar to taste, finally following the directions on the packet add the gelatin.
pour over the base and leave in fridge to set, approx 2 hours.

You can make this as a low fat option by using low fat cream cheese and yogurt

well, this can seem a little messy but not at all, its really easy,
lose the fear and go for it! it does not need oven

TART OF CHEESE (without oven)

The measurement is glass of water

· 2 small packages of cream (200-250/ml each one)
· 1 curd powder envelope
· 1 glass of milk
· ½ glass of sugar
· 200 grams of cream cheese
· biscuits
· raspberry / strawberry jam

1st.- beat the cream cheese with the cream in a recipient.
2nd.- in a glass dissolve the curd in little milk, once dissolved, refill the glass with milk up to the top
3rd.- mix the product of "2nd step" with 1st step
4th.- add ½ glass of sugar.
5th.- use a mixer/beater to mix it all
6th.- put it into a casserole and heat it at medium potence, remove it until it thickens.

IMPORTANT: it is necessary to have care it doesn't get stick to the bottom (remove it thoroughly), if you feel that some of the mass got sticked don't scratch it because burnt particles would get mixed

7th.- once the mixture has thickened seep it to remove possible chunks.

by this time ...ALL THE HARD WORK IS DONE!

8th.- take a recipient with a palm of diameter or so, pour melt sugar on its walls and bottom.
9th.- pour the mixture of "7th step" in the recipient of 8th step
10th.- cover the surface with biscuits
11th.- leave it on the fridge all night
12th.- flip it on a dish
13th.- cover the top with raspberry jam, and thats it!

it really worths the work, if you do it once you'll repeat

My Dad's favorite - cherry delight

Buy a store bought graham cracker crust

In a large mixing bowl add two packages of cream cheese, beat until light and fluffy. Add one can of sweetened condensed milk. Fold in one container of cool whip. Pour into the crust and chill until firm. Top with one can of cherry pie filling

omit cherry topping if you want - the cheese cake still tastes good

I've been making my own cheese cake for years. It's real easy. You just need 2 graham cracker crusts,1/4 lemon juice, cream cheese, and condensed milk. Mix it all together split it into the 2 crusts and put in fridge for few hours, Very simple. Oh and I put cherry filling over the tops of them.
