My family and I have done a wrap with 7 layer dip ingredients:

Tortilla, spread with refried beans, then sour cream, guacamole, chopped olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese. Roll up, refrigerate for at least an hour, slice.

I had these at Cosco, but mine had meat... the twist on the ones I had is that the cream cheese was slightly flavored with rasberry or some kind of berry... anyway, I suppose something like this:

tortilla wraps (you can use plain, whole wheat, or flavored)
cream cheese (whipped may be best)
add your cheese, olives, and whatever else they had or you want
roll up and slice.

You can try the flavored Philly cream cheeses too if you want or add some cranberry or some kind of low sugar jam

*I've never made these, but like I said the ones at Costco were really good.

Wraps are really easy to make. The biggest mistake you can make is when you over stuff them. Cream cheese is a great base. Add about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to your wrap, then add what you like. Roll as tight as you can, then wrap in either foil or plastic wrap. Put in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
