What i tend to do is, after all the meat is cut off the bone and saved on a plate in plastic wrap as a leftover, what i do is just toss it in the pan and heat it up. (Microwaving kills flavor X_X)

So anyways, I heard techniques on adding oil to the pan and onions and frying the meat there, and adding herbs afterwards.
I personally like to use a pan and add some cilantro and salt in the middle. A dash of chicken broth. Also some mustard as a dipping sauce! Some people have actually tried doing it like those mcdonalds chicken select strips >.>

Who knows a nice quick preparation of leftover holiday turkey/chicken leftover trimmings?

Leftover turkey can be a serious problem if not handled correctly. Moistness is gone, the turkey is dead and cold. Microwaving dries it out even more. You need some liquid. Warm up some milk in a pot or pan and melt some butter in it. Toss it all in a pan and keep stirring using very low heat so as not to dry out the turkey. You can add a gravy if you want, but if you are just looking for plain turkey, don't use it. You can also find a good clean wooden board. Lay the turkey on it in even rows and place it on the kitchen counter for a few hours. When the turkey begins to turn brown and curls up around the edges, get a large spatula. Scrape the turkey into the trash and eat the now flavoured board.

Turkey Hash

A turkey hash recipe with leftover turkey, chopped celery and other vegetables, and turkey gravy. Another great use for leftover turkey.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup turkey gravy
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

Saute vegetables in butter until limp. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until blended, about 15 to 20 minutes. The hash is better if made the day before, and it freezes well.
Serves 6 to 8.

You should so try boiling it with curry. Although thats a little extravagant and time consuming.

Toast it in one of those mini toaster ovens, while adding some butter with a spoon every few minutes. put some parsley to it since theres a coating of butter to help the herb bits stick.
I say a little bit of ketchup there afterwards, and some bread.

i just like buttery chicken. =]

I make Mexican Turkey. You would use the same recipe as making Mexican Chicken.
