I have always used a slow-cooker for my pork... but this time I got a pork loin way to big for the slow cooker... so I will need to cook it in the oven. If anyon could help he out that would be awsome! Thanks!

40 mins per lb. @ 350. I figured out a good way to do pork roasts...a big square pan and the top grill off of the Weber on top of it. That way it gets crispy roasty all over.

20 minutes per pound at 350 degrees F

400 f put in in a pan with lid at least 2 hours then check can also be cooked on stove with lidded pan med/ high pour in can chicken broth or stick of butter to keep flavor and moisture sprinkle with garlic salt
