Mines is Paula Deen's cooking show. I have tried at least 8 of her recipes.

Paula Deen of course. She is really down to earth and all of the meals that she makes turn out great when you try them at home. Her personality makes her show great. Her boys help too. I watch her every time she is on. Keep watching and cooking.

I love Paula Deen, she's fun to watch. To cook, I love Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals. But to watch, it's definitely Good Eats. Alton Brown is just so funny (and corny).

I really like Good Eats, it is funny and informative. I like more the advice and techniques than the actual recipes, but they aren't bad either. Problem is, Alton can really lose my interest when he over elaborates about chemistry and physics, not that I don't find it interesting, but when he starts rambling, well, he can lose the real thread.

I like Emeril's show. I didn't in the past, because I considered him "gimmicky", what with the live band, and whatnot, but he can entertaining, and cooks a really good Creole dish, now and then.

While I know that Rachel Ray isn't a pro chef, I think she doesn't try to appear as one. For people who cook for their families, her show is a good source of ideas to vary the routine of everyday meals. She is also very likeable, a nice, good natured cook.

Oh well, there is also Cook like a Chef,

There is also Cocinado con José Andres, and many other non-english great shows.

Good Eats is my favorite but Paula Deen is a close second.

I'm stuck on Michael Chiarello right now. Paula Deen and Emeril's non-audience show come in tied for second.

Coming in tied for last are Rachael Ray (I love to make fun of her) and Sandra Lee who coordinates her outfits with the curtains and plates.

My mother and I still like Julia Childs even after she died. When I told my mother that she had died tears came to her eyes. She was a wonderful cook and her show was very entertaining. Julia made cooking look fast, fun, and enjoyable. We would watch her show on PBS. I am 25 and for as long as I can remember the only time I saw her cry was when someone made a dessert on her show. Julia tried it and then a few seconds later she said something like this the best dessert I have ever tried and tears came to her eyes.
The one thing I find so amazing about her is she had a funny side to her as well. When she had parties she would put in the tape of the Saturday Night Live when Dan Ackroyd made fun of her. That just goes to show Julia was a wonderful person who loved to cook, but also loved life.
