Easy and healthy
Great for chicken and beef as well, especially good on [pork

Put the chops in a bad add at least 2 tblspoons of Jar garlic and about 3/4 of a cup of cheap lemon juice from a btl.
You can add pepper you can also add rosemarry (little) or flat leaf parsley if you have any of these in your garden
Herbs are better fresh, soak as long as you like, overnight is fine as well, the meat will start to grey and thats ok, its the acid in the lemon breaking the pork.
No salt should be added, lemon is actually a great sub for salt.
Enjoy
Huggs and good luck to you luv

Try this,

MARINADE FOR GRILLED PORK CHOPS

2 (10 oz.) bottles soy sauce (lite or reg.)
2 to 4 bottles water
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. orange juice

Use large pan with cover. Use 2 bottles cold water to 1 (10-ounce) bottle of soy sauce. (May use 1 to 1 ratio if stronger, marinade taste desired). Add orange juice and honey, stir thoroughly. Add 10 to 12 pork chops or pork steaks to marinade mixture. Cover completely with marinade for at least 8 hours. Grill over hot fire and serve.

1/4 cup Tamari (or ordinary soy sauce), 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 apple juice, 1 tsp ground ginger and 2 tbsp ground almonds.
Marinate the chops in the mix, making sure that as they pie there, they are covered with the almonds.
Note that almonds burn at lower temperature than meat, so use a lower flame.
Enjoy!
