Divide it in half, and add one half to some plain tomato sauce (or even canned tomatoes), for immediate use.
Do the same with the second half, and store or freeze for another day.

If the sauce is already made you are kind of screwed. You can add some sugar to sweeten the sauce. When you are cooking don't use so much of the heat ie. pepper flakes or red peppers. Practice!

it might not taste like an arabiatta anymore but adding lemon juice to sauces and curries takes away the chilli flavour.
or add more tomato sauce
or sugar

my suggestion to cool down an over hot arrabbiata (enraged) sauce is to extend it to a larger size and freeze half the sauce- so as not to loose flavour
or drink a wack of merlot so as not to notice
oh- and bread cuts heat
