I like to make tuna melts sometimes!
Preheat oven at 350. I use 2 pieces of bread per can of tuna. Butter the bottom side of the bread. Drain tuna. In a bowl mix tuna, relish, any chopped veggies, and seasonings you'd like. Scoop half and half on the bread. Cover with sliced tomatoes. Cover with cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5, then switch to broil for 3-5 minutes (or until cheese is starting to bubble and brown). Let stand a few minutes right out of oven as it should be very hot!
You may add mayo if you like tuna melts with mayo!

You could make a quick tuna salad or tuna salad sandwhich on bread, crackers, or pita bread is my favorite. If you have crackers, you could make some tuna salad with some mayo, a little vinegar, a squirt of lemon juice, and a can of tuna. Then put a slice of tomato, cucumber, olives, or whatever you like on the top or bottom of the tuna. Cheese is really good with it too. Hope this helps!

Pasta is definitely rapid and uncomplicated - basically boil some frozen ravioli or tortolini and placed some good canned marinara sauce on it - or boil some noodles and then pour some cream over them, enable it thicken and then sprinkle with cheese and herbs. this is not very rapid - even if it actual is hassle-free - to easily placed a hen breast in a roasting pan with some BBQ sauce on it and stick an entire candy potato on the rack next to it and bake the two interior the oven for 40 5 min. it can be a good theory to maintain fruit available for snacking - basically in spite of you like. Carrot sticks and celery sticks with peanut butter could be good, too - and that i like peanut butter on sliced apples. A bowl of cereal or a glass of milk and a chew of bread (with nutella :) or a pudding %. or an applesauce cup or a yogurt are all good snacks, too. Almonds or different nuts are good to snack on as properly. possibly ask your mom or a number of your friends in the event that they are able that may assist you out with some food, and placed across issues over which you will freeze and reheat. you like greater greater beneficial energy consistent with day (500) while breastfeeding than you probably did once you have been basically pregnant (3 hundred).

Mix with a bit of mayo and eat on whole wheat bread, if you have that. If you don't, slice the cucumber up and put the tuna on the slices and eat it that way, you could even put sliced black olives on top of the tuna on the cuc. You could also hollow out the tomato and fill it with the tuna/mayo.
I don't like my tuna salad to have crunchy things in it, so there isn't much I would do with the relish.

1 can tuna
2 tsp. green relish
1 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip salad dressing I like the taste better than MAYO.
mix well
If you use mayonnaise instead of the Miracle Whip, you will need 1/4 tsp pepper and drop of lemon juice
spoon onto your crackers
sliced tomato, cucumber and olives are great sides.
mmm good
