On Christmas eve I made a Crab, Mayo, and egg mix to put on pastry puffs. I never got a chance to make it. It's been in my fridge in a container for 3 days. It should still be good. Right?

Recipe contest: create a salad using pecans. Fruit is not allowed. This idea came about because I want a snack that will not cause my blood sugar and insulin levels to spike, and I want to eat a salad with pecans.

The best idea will win 10pts
fruit will win a thumbs down.
good luck.

I often see Kosher Salt in recipes, and have recently started seeing it in the supermarkets here in the UK. Please could someone tell me the difference between this and other salts such as Table Salt, Sea Salt etc. To me, salt is salt! I prefer to use sea salt because it has a better flavour but don't actually know the difference between them all.
