Quick and Easy Lasagna

1 24- or 26-ounce jar pasta sauce
1 18-24-ounce refrigerated large cheese ravioli
1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed dry
1 8-ounce bag shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan

Heat oven to 350° F.

Spoon a thin layer of sauce over the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch or 11-by-7-inch 2-quart baking dish. Cover with a single layer of ravioli. Top with half the spinach, half the mozzarella, and a third of the sauce. Repeat with another layer of ravioli and the remaining spinach, mozzarella, and half the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly, 5 to 10 minutes more.

I'm making meatballs tonight for dinner mainly because I really don't like to cook a whole lot. It's really easy....

Just take a pound of hamburger meat (I usually use 10% fat 90% lean) and I sprinkle some italian seasoning in the hamburger meat then roll the meat into small balls, put them on a non stick pan and bake them for about 35 minutes on 350 degrees.

Last time I made these, I had Ceaser Salad with them and cheese and rolls. It's a really good meal, very easy to make and not too bad for you either.

Prep time is about ten minutes and cook time is about 35 minutes.

Good luck!

Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Tomato Basil Tepenade.

Sounds hard - but is very simple

4 Chicken breasts - beaten flat with meat mallet

1 pound shredded Parmesan cheese - ( I buy mine from the grocer already shredded) not grated though - only shredded.

Spread out cheese on a paper plate or a large piece of foil. Wet chicken breasts with a bit of water - and press into cheese - repeat with all four chicken breasts until they are coated well.

Heat a large skillet with a few tablespoons of olive oil - when the pan is hot add chicken - brown for about 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

While chicken is cooking chop up:

4 roma tomatoes.
6-7 leaves of fresh basil

combine them together in bowl with a small amount of olive oil , salt and pepper.

Remove chicken from pan - and serve with the tepenade.

Dinner :) all in all takes about 30 minutes or less.

Here's something cheap, quick and very low fat.
FRENCH BREAD PIZZA
Ingredients:
1 Loaf of French Bread
1 16oz can of tomato sauce
1 tsp ground oregano
2 dashes of parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese
1/2 small can of sliced black olives
1 package of sliced turkey pepperoni
1/2 small can of sliced mushrooms
lowfat parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to Broil
2. Slice bread loaf longways in two pieces (as if you were going to make a sandwich)
3. Lightly toast top of bread in oven
4. Mix sauce, spices, black olives and mushrooms
5. Spread generous layer of sauce mix on top of toasted loaf halves
6. Arrange pepperoni slices on top
7. Cover with mozzarella
8. Return to oven until cheese is melted
9. Remove from oven, and lightly coat with Parmesan
10. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!

Try this...

Chicken Breast... cut them up in bite size pieces and cook them. Next take some heavy whipping cream and some honey mustard and mix it in the pan you just fried the chicken pieces in... Taste and add more cream or mustard until it takes good.. cook that until it starts to get thick.. pour the chicken back in there, mix it up well and serve it over Mash Potatoes... When you make the mash potatoes add garlic salt / powder and butter..

Its quick and easy and tastes excellent.
