I want an easy soup that match with my beginner cooking skill.
And I have plan to lose 3 - 4 lbs in few month without skip any meal. I decided to take a soup as my dinner :P. Hope this will help me.

Yes, I can!
This is very healthy, and shouldn't affect your weight too much.
Here it is:
Radish Top Soup

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons water
1 large onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, sliced
4 cups raw radish greens
4 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
5 radishes, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion, and saute until tender. Mix in the potatoes and radish greens, coating them with the butter. Pour in chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
Allow the soup mixture to cool slightly, and transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Return the mixture to the saucepan. Mix in the heavy cream. Cook and stir until well blended. Serve with radish slices.

This is easy! Take 4 chicken thighs and pull the skin off them. Put into boiling water (about 8 cups) cover and cook over low heat. After 2 and 1/2 hours, remove the thighs from the pot, set aside. Put a few of your favorite vegetables into the pot. Examples include, canned tomatoes, carrots, green beans, celery, and onion. (You can also use per-cut and frozen to make this faster). Add a little salt, pepper and sage to taste.(or your favorite mix of spices) Keep the pot on low and cook the vegetables. Using a couple of forks, remove all the bones from the thighs and place the meat back into the pot with the vegetables. Cook the soup with the lid on until the vegetables are tender. Check to see if you need more seasoning. Eat this soup with a piece of whole grain bread and a salad and drink. Afterward, place the soup into single serving containers for quick and easy meals. The longer this soup sits, the better it tastes. Sometimes, instead of chicken, I use turkey Italian sausage.

5 Can Soup

1 serving
1 Can Sliced Carrots
1 Can Green Beans
1 Can Zucchini in Tomato Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Chicken, Beef, or Veg. Broth

Combine all cans together (do not drain)
in a large pot bring to rolling boil
over high heat remove and serve.

**For a low sodium version use
low salt or no salt veggies.

Tomato and Basil Soup : 1 medium onion chopped 2 cloves of garlic chopped 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp olive oil (I know it's oil but it's only 1 tbsp in a 2 pint soup LOL) 2 lbs tomatoes, skinned and chopped 2 tbsps tomato puree Handful of fresh basil 2 pints chicken or vegetable stock Salt and pepper 1. Fry the onions and garlic until just soft and then sprinkle in the flour. Stir well and cook the flour out for a minute or so. 2. Add the stock and bring to the simmer, stirring well until the soup begins to thicken slightly 3. Add the tomato puree, chopped basil and tomatoes and stir to make sure there's no lumps of puree hanging about in the soup. 4. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. 5. Puree the soup using a stick blender (easiest and least washing up) or put it through a liquidiser. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

This is a very good soup that is easy to make and it's quick too.
1 Tbl of extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb of mild Italian sausage
3 cans of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1 fresh or dried bay leaf
1 small bunch kale, leaves stripped from stems and coarsely chopped
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Use a large pan and cook sausage till done and pour off drippings
add the beans and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes
add the chicken broth, bay leaf and kale and bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low and cook covered for 10 minutes. Discard the bay leaf,season to taste and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a little fresh grated parmesan cheese if desired.
This dish is easy to make and it's very filling but, boy is it yummy

Lots of veggies is the key, girlfriend.
Buy low-sodium veggie broth and add whatever veggies you like to add to it. You can also try pasta noodles called No Yokes which is supposed to be all egg whites which is very healthy. The pasta will help you feel sated (full).

If you want to be creative, try buying some chicken wings (tips attached) and legs - ask your grocery butcher - sometimes they have tips just for making chicken stock. Slow boil (about med-high or 6-7 dial) the chicken pieces (about equal to 10 wings and drumsticks) and about 2 liters of water (8 cups) with a lid partially covering the pot. Add 3 stalks of celery whole and 1 medium onion with skin and 2 large carrots unpeeled to the water. Feel free to cut the veggies if you wish but these are not going to be eaten in the soup. Boil for about 45 minutes. Use the lid to strain the chunks from the broth or use a strainer. Drain all the liquid into a bowl and place in fridge overnight. Discard the cooked chicken and veggies once cooled. The next day, skim off the fat from the top of the liquid broth - it is solid so very easy. Now add your vegetables and pasta etc for your soup - carrots, onion, peas, celery, mushrooms and pasta. even some boneless, skinless, cooked chicken breast meat since it's lean. Chicken thighs, backs and such have lots of fat in them but offer good flavour. Let everything boil for about 15-20 minutes depending on size of root veggies (carrots). In the last 5 minutes or so, season with some salt and pepper to taste.
This is much tastier than canned broth but do as you are comfortable. If using canned broth, I suggest low sodium, fat-free broth such as Butterball makes.

BTW, fresh mushrooms, onions and celery are zero foods which means they have almost no calories and zero fats so they can be eaten as much as you want to fill you up - in fact, celery studies have shown that they burn off more calories than you consume so you can lose weight eating them.

Tomato Rice Soup
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. margarine
12 cups water
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 t. salt
2 t. Accent Seasoning
pepper to taste
1 cup rice
2 cups tomato, peeled and chopped
2 t. fresh basil, chopped
Optional: parmesan cheese
Saute onions and garlic in margarine. Add potato, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add rice and tomato. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan on each serving for additional flavor.
Serves 8

Homemade Hobo Soup

2 cans Manwhich soup (like you put in Sloppy Joes)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can pinto beans
1 lb. (subject to your meat liking) hamburger meat

Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet. Use a collinder to drain the grease from the meat. Add the Manwhich soup. Add water gradually, if you need to thin it. Add the corn and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.

This is my favorite way to have it. Mother sometimes adds stewed tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, and green snap beans. I'll let you decide whether you want these additional things.

We eat this with cornbread. Jiffy brand is one of the fastest, naturally sweetest, and easiest to make. The first and only time I tried to make it, I wasn't too successful. I "chalked it up" to it being my first time to make it that way.

GREEN PEA SOUP

1 qt. green peas
1 qt. soft water
Yolks of 2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

First wash your pea pods before shelling and souse them well to get the dust and sand off. Do not wash the peas after they are shelled as you loose the sweet juice that is in the inside of the pod. Shell them and put them into the cold water with salt; boil about 20 minutes until fit for eating, according to age. Rub through a sieve, return to soup kettle with a pint or more of milk or cream. Stir butter and flour together smoothly, then stir in boiling soup. Boil 5 minutes.

If you go onto www.yummyfood.net theres a recipe for kale, white bean and italian sausage soup. its sooooo nice and really healthy too. Really easy to make. You'll probably find a load of other recipes to help your diet on there too. I submitted a fat free pie crust and fat free pie recipe on there and they're lovely!
