I'm trying to make pasta sauce for the first time and need some help. Any recipes suggestions?

My office had a party and ordered deli trays. There is a ton of turkey, ham, salami and roast beef (plus lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles) left, and some cheese and rolls. I am taking it home as there is no one in the office this week. Outside of making sandwiches, what can I make with it? I don't want it to go to waste, but I'm so sick of sandwiches.

it was so long ago i forget. i think she was polish. she made an amazing receipe with pierogies and used sour cream. she pierogies were homemade.

is there a store bought pierogies i could use instead and wondering if anyone knows that particular receipe that uses the sour cream. thanks.

My mom said that she was going to cook tomarow night for my birthday. And she told me to decide what I wanted. But I dont really have any favorite foods. I like Italian, Mexican, and Chinese. But that is about it. It can't be expensive or hard though.

I have fried a 16 lb. turkey in a deep fryer using peanut oil. Do I have to throw out all of the oil after one use, or can i strain it or something, so that I can reuse it another time. Also, how long is the used oil good for before it needs to be thrown out?
