You can use taco seasoning for this...
Want a great chicken taco salad recipe???
Use cubed up chicken with taco seasoning in place of meat and use cabbage in place of lettuce (the cabbage stays crispier longer!) Add what ever you like into the bowl and add ranch and green goddess dressing...top individual bowls with chips of your choice (I like the cool ranch!) Great salad!
But you can use taco seasoning on your chicken!

I like Lawry's Chicken Taco mix but another good thing to do it slice up the chicken, brown in oil, add diced Ortega chilis and lots of cumin, oregano, and tomato paste (or just use Ro-tel canned tomatoes). Cook down, and fill tortillas. Fry until golden, garnish with grated cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.

Hot 'n Spicy Chicken Soft Tacos
Ingredients
(4 servings)
1 1/2 lb Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
(cut in strips, no more than 1/4" wide)
1 Whole med. size white onion, cut into strips or diced
2 tb Red chile powder
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Ground cumin (optional)
1 Pressed garlic clove (or 3/4 tsp. garlic powder)
1 ts Salt (salt to taste if desired)
1 ts Lemon and pepper, or 1 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
3/4 c Water (or wine)
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Vegetable oil
Instructions
Recommended Fillings & Wrapper: Flour Tortillas, Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes Lettuce, Onion, Salsa. Preparation: In glass or stainless steel bowl combine all ingredients except olive oil and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly to spread spices over chicken, water should be completely absorbed, refrigerate for 1 hour. After refrigeration add Olive oil, and stir until chicken is well coated with oil, spice aromas will be noticeably lighter.
Heat Vegetable oil in non-stick pan, and add mixture, frying on medium heat. Cover until water has separated from chicken, and is boiling. Leave uncovered, on low heat, to simmer until almost all water has evaporated. Total cook time is less than ten minutes, do not overcook.
Place prepared mixture in center of flour tortillas, add cheese and other fillings as desired (suggestions above). Fold in half, or roll like burrito. Top with beans or spanish rice.
Serves 4-6.

If the meat is ground chicken you can use taco seasoning you may not want to use to much because the sodium is high, but if it is boneless chicken and you are going to cut it into strips us fajita seasoning by McCormick....

With taco mix, the same stuff you use for beef. I would also marinate the meat in a little worcester and lime juice.

Pick up a packet of taco seasoning at the supermarket, in the Tex-Mex section. It's usually very inexpensive, and they usually offer a choice of hot or mild.

they have seasoning packets for chicken just like they do for ground meat for tacos, or you could just use regular taco seasoning.

You could use ground or fresh or cooked cut up chicken (or turkey) sauteed with chili powder, cumin, coriander and some tomato sauce or paste. Don't forget salt and pepper
