1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams
You can just type "340 ounces" or "23 grams" into Google and it will tell you the converted weight. You don't need Yahoo Answers for this.

if you go onto www.yummyfood.net theres a measure converter. if you use that you know you are getting a real conversion rather than ending up with gingerbread men that look like mush! :-)
